JOXI Studio builds simple websites for local small businesses and operates a referral program for local agents who introduce us to potential clients.

We design, build, and host simple websites based on a written or electronic agreement that defines scope, price, timeline, and deliverables. The exact services depend on the package you select and any add-ons.

• Provide accurate and lawful business information.
• Provide images, logos, and text that you own or are licensed to use.
• Respond to our questions in a reasonable time so we can deliver on schedule.
• Comply with applicable laws in your country.

Prices are presented before you place an order. A deposit may be required to start work. The remaining balance is due before final delivery or publishing, unless otherwise agreed in writing. JOXI Studio charges a one-time project price; there is no monthly subscription from JOXI Studio. Third-party costs such as domain, hosting, or email may apply separately depending on your setup.

We do our best to meet timelines we communicate. Most starter websites can be prepared within 48–72 hours after we receive all required business information and materials. Real timelines vary based on scope, your responsiveness, and third-party dependencies (domains, payment providers, etc.).

We do not guarantee specific sales, revenue, traffic, search-engine rankings, leads, conversions, or other business results. Results vary by business, location, offer, market and other factors outside our control.

See our Refund Policy. In short: a deposit may be refundable if work has not started, and may be non-refundable if work has already started, because it covers planning and setup time.

You confirm that any images, logos, text, or other materials you provide are owned by you or used with permission. Once your final balance is paid, you receive a license to use the website we built for your business in line with the agreement we signed.

You agree not to use our services for unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or infringing content. See our Acceptable Use Policy for details.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the services is limited to the amounts you paid us for the services in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use of the services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
