Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued for our website-building, redesign, and repair services.

1. Free preview

The homepage preview we may prepare before any payment is free to view. No payment is required to receive or review a preview.

2. Deposits

  • If a deposit was paid and we have not yet started planning, design or setup work, the deposit may be refundable on request.
  • If we have already started work, the deposit may be non-refundable, because it covers planning, design, and setup time we cannot recover.

3. Failure to deliver

If we are unable to deliver the agreed website despite reasonable efforts, we may offer a revision, a replacement scope, or a refund appropriate to the circumstances.

4. Third-party costs

JOXI Studio charges a one-time project price; there is no monthly subscription from JOXI Studio. Domain, hosting, email, stock assets, payment tools, or other external services may be subject to their own providers' refund rules and are not controlled by JOXI Studio.

5. How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact us at the address on the Legal Contact page with your business name, contact details, and a brief reason. We aim to respond within a reasonable time, and in any event within any specific deadline set by applicable consumer-protection law.

6. Statutory rights and cooling-off periods

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction — including any statutory cooling-off period (for example, the 14-day cooling-off right under EU/UK distance-selling rules, or the relevant period under Israel's Consumer Protection Law for distance-selling transactions). Where such rights apply, they override anything in this policy that is less favourable to you.
