Commission Policy
Last updated: 2026-06-12
This policy explains how referral commissions work for local agents. It is read together with our Agent Agreement.
1. Who can earn commission
Only registered agents whose application has been approved are eligible for referral commissions. Approval is at our discretion.
2. Eligible referrals
- The lead must be a real business that the agent personally identified or contacted.
- The lead must include accurate business information and contact details.
- Duplicate leads (same business, phone, email, or owner) are not eligible.
- Fake, fraudulent, or scraped leads are not eligible.
- Leads obtained through spam, harassment, bribery, or misleading claims are not eligible.
3. Commission amounts
Commissions are 20% of the closed project value, with no cap. So a $299 project pays about $60, a $500 project pays $100, and a $1,000 project pays $200 — the commission grows with the deal. The exact amount for a given referral is confirmed by us in writing when the deal is approved. We may change this rule from time to time; changes apply only to referrals submitted after the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
4. When commission is approved and paid
- Commission is approved only after the referred business becomes a paying customer and the payment is confirmed by us.
- Commission is paid via PayPal. Additional payout methods may be added in the future.
- We may delay or withhold payment if a refund or chargeback is pending.
5. Disqualification
We may reject a lead, withhold a commission, or deactivate an agent if the agent breaches the Agent Agreement, this policy, or applicable law — including but not limited to spam, bribery, misrepresentation, or submitting fake leads.
6. Taxes
Agents are independent contractors and are responsible for any taxes, social contributions, or registrations that apply to them under local law. We may request reasonable tax forms or identification before paying commissions where required.
7. Changes
We may update this policy. Changes take effect for new referrals submitted after the “Last updated” date at the top of the page.
