Data Deletion Request

• Deletion of personal data we hold about you.
• A copy of personal data we hold about you (subject to applicable law).
• Correction of inaccurate personal data.
• To stop being contacted (opt-out of marketing).

Send an email from the email address associated with your record (or, if you don't have one, from an address you can verify) to the legal contact address on our Legal Contact page. Please include:

• Your full name.
• The business name (if relevant).
• Country and city.
• What data you want deleted, exported, or corrected.

We will verify the request, confirm receipt, and process it within a reasonable time as required by applicable law. We may need to ask follow-up questions to verify your identity.

We may keep certain data when we are legally required to (for example, tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention obligations) or where it is necessary to defend or pursue legal claims. In those cases we will tell you what we are keeping and why.

If you ask us not to contact you, we will record your request in a do-not-contact list and use it to prevent further outreach to the same business or contact details, even if we receive a duplicate referral later.
